Teatr Wielki is the largest opera theater in the world. Thanks to it’s long-term activity, is in possession of huge collections of various types of information – those in material and digital form managed by the Theater Archive, the Theater Museum and the Music Library. Such a huge number of collections, as well as the fact that some of them deteriorate because of their old age, steps were taken to digitize the possessed materials.
